Pricifly AI provides an AI-powered price comparison platform via a web portal and browser extension. We aggregate pricing data from third-party marketplaces to help users find the best deals. We do not sell products directly and are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party pricing.
3. User Accounts & Credits
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Credits
Searches consume credits based on your active subscription plan.
Fair Use
Unlimited plans are monitored for automated abuse or bot usage.
Expiration
Unused promotional credits may expire after a set period.
4. Billing & Subscriptions
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can manage your subscription at any time via the User Dashboard.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its "look and feel", unique AI ranking algorithms, and proprietary datasets, remains the exclusive property of Pricifly AI. Any reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PRICIFLY AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
7. Disclaimers
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that product availability or pricing displayed will be 100% accurate at the time of purchase on the source website.
